<p>I applied regular a while ago, but all I`ve received from Stanford was that little card telling me they have received my application. Do we get anything else? Do we get any online account to check our status to see whether they have received teachers and counselor's evaluations?</p>

<p>Getting the card means they got all the (required) stuff.</p>
<p>You get a card that says they received your application, and then later you get another card that says they received ALL the materials or you get an email telling you what they are missing.</p>
<p>If you sent any optional supplementary material separately, you might want to call to make sure, but the card works for everything required.</p>
<p>I actually never got any notification that they recieved all my materials after part 1... but i could have been a mistake. :-P</p>
<p>I never recieved anything at all except for an email after i sent part i and and an email after i sent part 2 but i think those were automatic. I haven't recieved a card taht said they have all my stuff and i havent recieved an email to tell me what i am missing. Should i worry?</p>

<p>no, you shouldnt worry. i dont think they notify anyone because i'm 08 and my friends and i never recieved more than the e-mails. but if other people have been notified, thats strange. still i wouldnt worry.</p>
<p>i received nothing confirming my application except for the fedex confirmation. but i still got in, so don't stress yourself out if nothing comes by mail or email.</p>

<p>I was an online EA acceptee and I recieved an immediate email confirmation and a complete card (3 weeks after I submitted the app). I assume that online Regular applicants will recieve the same items at about the same times.</p>
<p>Ditto to e_l. Automatic emails after part 1 and 2 were done online. Then, I received a complete card afterwards. The card can take a while to get to you, as you can see from the people stressing out on previous EA complete card threads. It only applies to required stuff. I sent in an optional rec and to this day, I have no idea if it was considered with my application.<br>

<p>You get an e-mail if you apply online and the card in snail mail.</p>
<p>Neither means that they've got all your materials, however. I got both EA and panicked two separate weekends cause they didn't get certain materials.</p>
<p>I also haven't received a thing and I applied paper from NY on December 15th. Should we call in a week if we still haven't heard?</p>
<p>When I applied early action, I called twice. The first time, I called to see if my optional music supplement had been received since it had a "receive" deadline, and the guy asked for my name and told me that they had received it. The second time, I called around 3 weeks after the deadline (when some people already had their confirmation cards) to ask if they had my entire application, and they said that they couldn't tell me at this time, but that I would receive an email if things were missing or a postcard by mail if everything was in.</p>
<p>Basically, if people here say they've been getting emails and confirmation postcards for a month and you haven't received anything, then you should probably call.</p>
