<p>Are you hitting the submit button or just pressing enter/return? For me, I have to click the button for it to work. Otherwise, I get an error.</p>
<p>There is also apparently some server maintenance scheduled today, so that may be part of the problem you’re having.</p>
<p>It seems to be working fine now, so I’m guessing you were right.</p>
