Last semester i clicked submit Nov 11 and it didn’t show as received until the 18th or 19th so you should be fine. But if it gets too long, I think there is a number on the website to call for that kind of problem.

Also keep in mind that Whitman is on winter break until the 19th. I expect the Admissions Office is up and working but the support staff may be small until the students return and work/study jobs start up again. I imagine there are lots of applications in the chute right now and smaller schools don’t have the processing crew that universities have. Hang in there…and phone if you need to get reassured that it is in on time.

I applied to Whitman too. In late January, they sent me a letter indicating that they had all my application components. Now, I believe they don’t have to send responses until April 1st, but does anyone know if I could likely hear from them before then?

I think my stats are pretty good- 2200 SAT, 4.0GPA, National Science Olympiad winner, ranked 1/537 in class, editor in chief of school paper, AP/honors classes, lots of participation in community service, active in Honor Society, etc.

I would hope that merits an acceptance letter… moreover, I hope I can get it in a timely fashion. I never knew waiting could be so hard!
