I am really anxious right now because I have been refreshing my AIS portal every single day but all it says is the “app is complete under review” status, and the all engineering early decisions will be deferred to january banner at the top of my screen. Does this mean I won’t even be able to get into Blinn/ Galveston?
@there is a wealth of information on the engineering and regular admissions threads.
The banner means no such thing. What it means is that people who applied by early decision that did not receive a timely admission decision as stated on the website, those decisions would be released in January.
What the website does not say is that review applicants are always deferred until January or even February.
It is still January thought tomorrow and engineering decisions have gone into mid February in the past and some even in March.
Have you gotten an update yet? I know that a lot of my friends have received their decisions by now.
