I know UCF has rolling admissions but do all semester admission applications go up at the same time once the admission year rolls over? For example, I think my daughter may try for summer admission as I was advised it may better her chances. Do summer apps get posted before fall or the same time? I want her to apply as early as possible. I assume the year will roll
over to 2022 admissions sometime late summer early fall 2021?
Typically the application opens in late July. If there is an option of doing a UCF application, do that one, instead of Common App. Since it is rolling, both terms get acceptances throughout the process. The sooner you have everything in (transcript, ACT/SAT score) the better. I would have it in before September 1. The stronger the application, the sooner it gets accepted.
Also, the best chance for scholarships is an early application.
Agree with both previous posters – the earlier the better. We did Common App – applied in September 2019, accepted for Summer 2020 in January.
You obviously won’t have FINAL transcripts until you graduate, but you can send what you have now. You will have to submit your final one prior to enrollment for Fall. At our HS, the college counselor did all of that electronically and automatically.
