application to boarding school for junior year

<p>hi,
I'm planning on applying to a bunch of boarding schools (exeter, andover, lawrenceville, choate, deerfield, blair) for my junior year, and was wondering how competitive it is. How many people apply for junior spots at these schools, and how many get accepted?</p>

FYI, U.S. Dept of Education website where u can search different private schools and see the number of kids in each grade. Subtract the number of 10th graders from 11th graders and estimate approx 5% attrition per year, to calculate the approx number of spots for new 11th graders.</p>
