Application Tracker Problems

I’ve been trying to log into the application tracker and it keeps giving me the “Stale Request” page, even on multiple browsers and devices. Also tried clearing history and cache, and I’ve called tech support but they haven’t been able to help much. Has anyone found a fix for this?

@jh1868 what exactly are you entering? I mean have you ever been able to log in? Did you originally set it up? Did you set up an account because the information is different.

I’m entering the application tracker page, not the MyU account page, and I’ve logged in before. It’ll periodically let me in and then the stale request page will continue showing up when it won’t.

That happened to my daughter at first so she’d just get out and try to get back in from the Tracker login page. Sometimes she’d have to try a couple times. Also once we actually switched browsers.

Did you bookmark the link to the application tracker? I bookmarked the link directly to my application tracker and it sometimes lead to the ‘stale request’ page. I haven’t had the problem as long as I start from https://admissions.tc.umn.edu/tracker/

Yeah I think it’s your browser.
