<p>Most applicant's statuses read: We are carefully considering your application. Are they actually reviewing it now or just saying that they changed it, and are just waiting like they were before?</p>
<p>Maybe I should rephrase that, does my current message mean the same thing as it being “carefully considered”? Or is my application still in the stage of waiting to hear back until February at the latest. I have not seen anyone else who has this my message.</p>
<p>I am afraid that your message is not the same as “carefully considered”. Most of the “carefully considered” messages in CC turned to be acceptance messages shortly. Your new message was triggered by receipt of your college change request. Your application is probably still in the stage before “carefully considered”. But good thing about your new message is that you know that your request is in your file. Good luck.</p>
