Application tracker trouble

<p>I'm having trouble trying to create the account. I got the email and when ever I try to log in it suggests that either my birthday, social security, or number is wrong. I put in the seven digits after the three zeroes. Am I doing it wrong?</p>

<p>I second what transferGopher says. My D had the same issue so I called admissions and they gave me her 7 digit U of MN ID right after verifying who I was, etc. They were very helpful and prompt. It was the only way for her to access Application Tracker. The number was on none of the materials she had received prior to then.</p>
