Okay, so I'm slightly panicking right now. Here's what's up:

I'm trying to transfer out of my school, appl. to NYU, BU, Columbia & Northeastern. Since I graduated HS in another country, there's been some trouble with my documents, but right now it appears that everything has been sent. I nagged the Registrar until they told me that everything inc. my transcript and COR has been sent to every school. Yet, the tracking websites all show different information: NYU never got my transcript and my HS transcript, BU got everything except for the Financial Forms, NEU never got my letter of recommendation, and Columbia hasn't opened the tracker yet so IDK.

How come did this happen? Everything was sent to every school on one day, some of the stuff was sent about a month ago - could've gotten there a thousand times already. Do they never update the tracking page or do I have to resend everything? Should I call the admissions office? I'm mostly worried about my HS transcript - that required some expensive certified translations - and about my recs (I'd HATE to bother my professors once again).

Help help help please.
