I was planning to submit my arts supplement on-line, but I can't seem to register an account with the Application Tracking System and as a result, can't submit the materials. Any ideas what I should do?

Did you try registering here: https://admissionapp.princeton.edu/uac/login.jsp?j_ecode=3
If you still cannot register, I would just mail the supplement.
I registered online and was able to send my supplement online.

Uh, tomorrow’s the deadline, and I suspect post offices will be closed on New Year’s Day. What do you advise I do?
Btw, I only submitted my Pton Supplement earlier yesterday

Are you sure you cannot register? You have to use the PIN they gave you to retrieve your password and all that jazz. (Sorry if this was totally obvious to you; it wasn’t to me. Just trying to cover all my bases!)

Hm, looks like I’m missing an e-mail - I thought the PIN referred to the one I chose in the P’ton Supplement.

Oh, oops. No, you’re right, that’s what I meant to say. You use the PIN you chose to register and receive your username and password.

Awkward, looks like I’ll be phoning them up to explain…

You went here: https://admissionapp.princeton.edu/uarcd/register.jsp
And you were unsuccessful?

And you can send it by mail today. January 1st is just a postmark date.

I had the same problem. My friend who applied ED said she got the e-mail with the tracking website immediately after she submitted her application, so chances are that the system is backed up with so many submissions today. I sent an e-mail to uaoffice@princeton.edu explaining the issue and also uploaded/sent a link to a SoundCloud file (music submission)… Hopefully it’ll be okay.

@above: Post offices are closed tomorrow and I think most of them close at noon today (which has already passed for me…) so it wouldn’t get postmarked until after the 1st D:

The email with the tracking website did not work for me so I just googled Princeton tracking admission and the correct link came up.

Princeton process for Arts Supplement submissions is quite specific:

See:

http://www.princeton.edu/admission/pdfs/PU-0809-arts-supplement.pdf

For music a CD, (optional) letter of recommendation from a music teacher, and resume is expected. Depending on instrument/voice the required examples are also quite specific – length, number and repertoire type. The expectation is that these be mailed to admissions (ideally by December 15) but no later than January 1 (postmark).

For visual arts there are analogous requirements. See the referenced pdf file above. This submission is also mailed to Admissions.

I’m unaware of an “online” process. Princeton does not use the Common Application Arts Supplement.

You can submit it online here: [Princeton University | Application Checklist](http://www.princeton.edu/admission/applyingforadmission/checklist/)

I already submitted it online. I know what I’m talking about.

^scroll down to art supplement and you will see online highlighted.

I’ve submitted all materials, but I can’t seem to register with the application tracker either. Do we receive an email first?

Right, so, I’ve got an email from P’ton acknowledging my application, and I’ve now registered and submitted the materials online.

I’m pretty confused too because I mailed all the required material to Princeton before the new year and the delivery service shows that the package is delivered but the MAILED part are shown to be NOT received…I wonder what’s going on?
By the way, I am an international applicant and re-mailing all these are not really something I can do simply in a day…just hope that PrincetonU can see my email and check the status for me again
