So I received my application decision from FSU today, to see that I was apparently deferred until March. I'm not 100% sure as to what that means, and though I know it isn't a flat out rejection, I almost feel like it was. My weighted GPA was a 3.8 (did not have a very relaxing sophomore or junior year, and my grades suffered due to such) but I received straight A's last marking period and am currently on the way to getting the same grades this term (possibility of one B though). My SAT score wasn't anything amazing but not horrible 1840, but my writing was a 710), and my ACT compositie was 28 (with reading at 29 and writing at 30). Would it be bad to be a tad disappointed/worried, and is there any info or tips I should know to help ease my nerves about the sudden three months I have to wait for a final answer?

Follow the advice I gave to Agog – FSU deferral with same SAT as you. Are you the same person?

No, I just joined this website around the same time I had posted. Was there really someone else who received my same score AND was deferred from the same school? o o
