<p>What's the meaning of 'not confirmed' on the status of some materials? Is that mean that they haven't got my materials?</p>
<p>My D’s transcript was sent by snail mail about 2 weeks, and it still says “not confirmed” for transcript. I’m guessing that it hasn’t been processed yet.</p>
