I'm so confused by their application. How can I print preview it and see my essays formatted? The set-up just seems awkward and I can't get the idea of whether my essay is too long, formatted correctly, or how everything looks in the big picture? It tells you on the site to make print outs of each page, but it never generates into what the actual application looks like, it just looks exactly how it does on my screen. Sorry..it just frustrates me.. is there any way to fix this?

I don't think so...the formatting is quite annoying. I wish they had the same thing as Common App where you can upload the document. Oh well.

You could just apply on paper!

Actually, my guidance counselor advised me to apply on paper. She pointed out that many of the admissions committee are of the older generation and would rather see a paper app than an emailed app, no matter how up to date they say they are. It turned out to be easier because I could lay out my essays and answers the way I wanted them to look when they got them.

My college advisor advised me to do the same. It makes for lots of paperwork, folders, etc. on my desk, but I actually like doing it that way. I've become friends with the man at the Post Office, too!

I decided on my own... i had to change the font to something slightly smaller to fit on one page, but it is easier on the eyes than Times or arial... so, tit for tat

Did you find that you were trying to squeeze in information and it was getting sloppy? For example, I tried fitting my EC's and awards and it was quite sloppy. Attach a resume??

Love the school, hate the application.

man.. i should've done paper =(

^My exact same thoughts. Sigh, what's done is done...
