<p>Anyone else still waiting for a decision for fall 2011? Getting sort of late in the season and still no word.</p>
<p>I don’t know if current applicants had it as bad as applicants of the Fall 2010 quarter. I applied fall 2009, got denied in May 2010 (yes, I waited til May to get a rejection letter), then admitted on the last week of August 2010 (along with about 400 other students). Ended up taking the last orientation tour of the year (8/26/10) and scrambled to add classes. All in all, it worked out (registered for 16 units and got on the CBA’s dean’s list for fall 2010 :)</p>

I am from Bay Area, CA. My son got admitted in SJSU and CPP in Aerospace Engineering major. He got wait listed in UCD and UCI. He also got admitted in Georgia Tech. We are yet to receive financial assistance from Georgia Tech.</p>
<p>Right now we are kind of thinking between Cal Poly Pomona vs SJSU in Aerospace. Can you suggest which one is better in terms of ranking and also in terms of job?</p>

<p>CPP definitely especially for aerospace, you would have more of an argument for SJSU for electrical and computer engineering only because of its location to silicon valley companies, but CPP is a better school overall. It’s also in a better area, being close to LA will help for jobs after graduating.</p>
