Is it permissible to accept an interview at another College that you haven’t applied to yet, while your ED application is being considered at your 1st choice College?

Yes, with Bowdoin. An email was sent after a visit/ tour and also on their website they are offering off campus interviews( if Alum. Are available) but the deadline states BEFORE Dec. 4 th.
Sure. But if you get into your ED school and can afford it you have to pull all other apps.
Unless you have an affordable admission to your ED school, you should keep preparing your other applications.
^^^ This. In fact all the more reason to go full-tilt on your other apps. There are posts in the past from kids who get rejected ED from a school they thought for some reason was going to take them, and they are so discouraged they ask “why bother?” with their other apps to selective schools.
Thanks a lot… I agree about going full tilt on other apps. I don’t believe there would be anyway for your ED school to find out about another " interview "…would there? Am I missing something.
They don’t care if you interview. They don’t care if you apply RD or EA. Once they accept you and you have seen your FA package, and confirmed that it works for you, THEN you have to pull applications already submitted. You are obligated to your ED school if they accept you. Why would they care if you interview someplace else? Answer: They don’t.
