<p>I applied to be a freshman at a local state university as my safety in the fall but I went to a different college which then turned out to be a college I couldn't afford and then did community college for a quarter, I'm a freshman still would I be able to join the local state university without applying for said winter quarter considering I got accepted for fall 2010?</p>
