Applied for PIN number but haven't received email

<p>I applied for a PIN number on January 16, 2009 and its been 10 days and I haven't received an email. I inputted all of the information correct but I do not know why I haven't received an email. Isn't it supposed to take 1-3 days?</p>

<p>Haha, I tried that already but I forgot the answer to the secret question. I assumed that when I registered and it asked me for a secret question and answer I thought it was for the purpose of forgetting your password. I’d never forget my password so I put a random answer and I forgot what I put. Now what?</p>
