I didn’t apply to Penn State UP earlier because I wasn’t interested in attending till now. I am fully aware that the priority deadline was in November and I am afraid that applying this late will hurt my chances significantly. 
I submitted my online application a few days ago (mid to late Feb).
My cumulative GPA is a 3.92, rank is top 15% (from a competitive HS), and my SAT score is a 1740. Extensive list of extracurriculars. I applied DUS. I also wrote a personal statement, although I did hear that PennState looks at academics rather than the statement.
So, do you think I’m too late in the game or do I still have a good shot for UP?
