(applied math student) grad school

is a 3.2 GPA from a highly ranked school good enough to get into grad school for statistics or actuarial science. Also, my major GPA is closer to 3.4 or 3.5.

You will certainly be able to get into a program. Whether you are competitive for the most selective schools is another matter. Your GPA is not as high as most of the applicants to those schools. Make sure you choose wisely with the schools you apply to.
