applied RD to Cal Poly SLO - maybe want to change to ED URGENT

<p>So anyways, i already applied, but the more research i do, the more it sounds like a perfect school for me.</p>

<p>i know i still have like a week for ED, is there anyway i can change?
does it really significantly up your chances?</p>

<p>im a business major.</p>

<p>3.45 weighted cal state gpa (just okay..)
1400 SAT (M + CR) (Really good haha)</p>

<p>i think id be borderline, and that the ED would help me.</p>

<p>im prolly gonna tour it sometime this week to see.</p>

<p>but first off, can i change to ED by calling them within the next couple days?</p>

<p>second off, cal poly sounds perfect for me.</p>

<p>also for ED when would I need to send my test scores in?? i took them in june, just havnt sent them yet. would they need it by nov 1?!</p>

<p>I think you just need to call the admissions office tomorrow morning and ask your questions – get it straight from the horse’s mouth, rather than relying on what someone might tell you on a message board.</p>

<p>As for bad things about Cal Poly, I really can’t think of too much. My son is a sophomore there this year and likes it there quite a bit. Housing is tight – they don’t guarantee housing for freshmen, so if you get in, get your housing application in early. On campus food is expensive – he is off campus this year and did not want me to purchase a modified meal plan for him because he thought all the food was overpriced. Thats about all I can think of.
