What do you think? 10% Chance of making it or no?

sure...why not? you have a chance.
I love AcaDeca!

You have a chance shrug

Haha me too

Last year 45 people from my school applied to Pen...Penn took 7

45? jesus christ.

yeah people love penn from my school

Last year about 80 applied from my school Penn took 52 , 28 took the offer, Penn just loves my school , haha

I just applied to penn for the heck of it, I dont really expect to go there unless i don't get in to any other ivyes

Penn253, where do you go to school?

Penn253, are you superazn?

LOL...Penn253 Are you superazn??? Did Penn reverse their decision??? Dusk, that's some good detective work...O.o...I am curious now.

i applied to penn for the heck of it too, in retrospect, it feels like a waste of money:(

I'm his friend , I think they're re-reviewing his application

i'm new here so maybe that's it, but whats that about superazn? do they really dislike or really like superasians?

jeyness: superazn is a person's sn who, i think, was deferred (?) from Penn. people just thought Penn253 was superazn with a different sn. there are no "superasians".

I am a super asian.

Just kidding, actually I'm probably a disgrace to most asians.

i hear ya athlonmj... if i were still in china, i'd probably be in something like the american ap calc bc or something like every other 10th grader. i think coming here has made me a lot stupider because everything's so much more lenient and less strict. :'(

It's cool though. My parents aren't as uptight as some of the other stereotypical asian parents that I have seen. =)

Ugh, if I was in China, I would be so behind everyone else. My chinese also sucks; I wasn't getting any better in Chinese school anyways.

Well, I have to start my Why Penn essay and finish my M&T essay. I have like less than 5 hrs left to submit my app. haha, parents decided to have people over last night so I just played cards and mahjong instead of doing anything productive.

HAHA! "Superazn"! I hope this catches on...
"Any Superazn's on the board...?"
better come up with specific criteria cuz its seems that most ivy-applicant Asians are super as it is.

yay athlon! another card playing and mahjong playing asian! all the asians at my school are like, cards? what are those? :)
