<p>Hi, I am currently going to transfer -try to- in Fall 10' and was wondering when is the earliest i should apply? The schools don't really have deadlines like march etc. But i was wondering can i apply for fall next year now?</p>

<p>The online application for the 2010 semesters came out August 1st.</p>
<p>So applying like a year early is fine? Cause I remember reading transfer should apply 6 months before semester and im looking to apply 11</p>
<p>I looked up Binghamton, it looks like it has a March deadline to me. If the application is available, you can apply anytime until then. </p>
