apply only to one ivy?

<p>our english teacher told us today that we should only apply to one ivy. She said that all the ivies "talk", and if you apply to multiple schools, your chances for admission fall dramatically.</p>

<p>Nah, but I think they talk for ED and such to compare lists to make sure nobody's trying to pull a fast one. Many people apply to multiple Ivies and do just fine.</p>

<p>The only time they'll talk is during ED rounds to make sure no one cheated. I think ivies expect most of their applicants to apply to other ivies, so you're okay. :)</p>
