<p>If I want to do a business and psych double major at Penn, should i, as a freshman applicant, apply for wharton or arts and sciences? is it easier to just get admitted to arts and sciences? can you transfer into wharton once ur in for a double major? is it super selective who gets to transfer in?</p>
