Lets say I apply to CAS which is my first choice, but I get rejected and I am onto my second choice, which is tandon (poly), will I get some type of disadvantage because I was rejected with my first choice so getting into my second choice will be even harder? Is there rolling admissions to getting into ur second choice? Is there any disadvantage at all?
