Okay so I feel like I didnt apply to enough colleges. Here are my stats:

Ohio resident
SAT Math: 660
SAT Verbal: 690
SAT Writing: 640 (11 on the essay)
Weighted GPA 3.78
Taken a tough course schedule, lots of honors courses and currently taking AP Chemistry and AP Literature
National Honor Society
Treasurer of Mu Alpha Theta
Lots of community service and work experience
decent to strong recomendations

Does anyone some good matches for me? I am wanting to major in chemical or mechanical engineering. Also it is obviously important that the deadline for their application has not passed.

I have similar stats and I am from PA.

Ive been accepted at Penn State Main and Purdue.
Texas A&M, USAFA, and USNA pending.

Now iam sure you have no interest in the military?

CHoose a highly ranked engineering school, thats how i narrowed mine down. Penn State, Purdue and Texas A&M are all ranked top 20. I plan to do Aerospace Engineering. Hmmm, what do you look for in a college?

Cost, location, size, quality?

I thought about purdue... I got accepted at ohio state and auburn and i'm still waiting on virginia tech, clemson, and wisconsin. I like big schools with as much prestige as possible but still a place where i can have a good time.
I don't really have any interest in the military, though i thought about it.
I want to apply to several more because i'm not sure if i will get into ne of my top three (vt, clemson, and wisconsin).

Well I got accepted at Purdue and I am totally psyched, of course its 22 grand a year out of state, but I am going to do ROTC I hope. Here are my stats...

SAT CR-550(any advice here?) Math-630 Writing-490(totally ignored by most colleges)
ACT-29 Composite (I liked this test a lot more)
3.98 Unweighted GPA
10/154 in my class (small school South of Pittsburgh)
6 AP's including this year (I got one B in AP Lit but the teacher is a &^$^$)
Lots of EC's - 3 year letterman in Wrestling and 2 year letterman in XC and Track
NHS
Stage Crew - VP
Russian Club - VP
Debate - Captain (3yrs)
Theres more but so much to recall...

I finally sent off my last app today and that was for AFROTC, I have my sights set on the USAFA and USNA while the other three are just backups. I thought about Ohio State but decided I didnt want an inner city school, more like a college town. I am here to help! ;)

Ya that is one thing I don't like about ohio state is that it is right in the middle of columbus. I got into their honors program though, so its a possibility.

Anyone else have suggestions on where to apply for me?

Guys, Purdue is nice that hard to get into.

You're definitely IN at P with a solid essay.
