apply to Ms in engineering in top schools

<p>Hello, i'm an international student . i have just graduated from a university in united states and my major is electrical engineering.
I wanted to apply for ms program in US for electrical engineering and the embassy of my country will only give me scholar ship if i applied to top schools.
i have graduated with 3.2 GPA
and i'm preparing now for the GRE

<p>you need to do a lot of research from your end. most top graduate school programs will only strongly consider applicants with GPA’s above 3.7 in the major field.
Some top Grad programs do not even offer Masters degrees- Caltech only considers applications for PhD degrees.</p>
