<p>US PR who's going to high school in England so Dartmouth have told me that I have to apply as an international student, is it the same for Stanford?
Was wondering if there's an online way of attaching an International Student 2012-2013 supplement to commapp so that I don't have most of my application going in online and the rest of it as bits of paper through the mail. Since I'm in this situation, would you recommend just going full on paper application and use all the forms? Or stick with what I'm doing now and just fill in the supplement separately?</p>
