Is there an advantage to applying EA over Regular decision in terms of probability of being accepted?
According to College Transitions website, which uses the latest CDS info, Early Action has 34% acceptance rate versus 23% acceptance rate for Regular Decision.
Richmond’s own website says EA has a higher acceptance rate than RD: Early Action - Undergraduate Admission - University of Richmond
The common data set does not show data for the early action round, only ED.
You’re right. I wonder were College Transition gets that calculation from.

If you were to apply for scholarships or any fellowship, UR offers much better aid in the EA round!
