Hi everyone, I just wanted some feedback on whether I should apply early decision or not. That's been my plan for a long time because VT is my top choice. Here's some info about me:

Basics-
I'm going into my senior year
I live in Fairfax County
I take almost all AP and honors courses, as well as one dual enrollment (only one offered at my school)

GPA and Tests Scores-
I have a 4.05 GPA (weighted)
1890 on the SAT (CR-670, math- 570, writing- 650)
30 on the ACT

EC's-
I'm on the varsity volleyball team
I've been captain for two years
I'm captain of my club volleyball team
I'm a black belt it Tae Kwon Do
I do a wide variety of community service (youth coach, Relay for Life [which is big at tech], raising money for various causes, volunteering at the animal shelter, helping out at a local elementary school, tutoring)
I'm in National, Latin, and Art Honor Society
I have a job

I've started one of the personal statements and I believe I can write a good essay; I'm planning on doing another personal statement that I can relate to. I want to major in biology. Will applying early decision help or hurt my chances? What are my chances of just getting in?
