<p>As long as the ED school allows it, since you’ve already said the EA would be nonrestrictive (example: Boston College has restrictive early action, so you can apply to other schools early action, but not early decision).</p>
<p>Generally, ED/EA programs allow you to apply to your state flagship and other public colleges in your state early. Nonetheless, check your ED school’s website to make sure.</p>
