Applying EDI/II to NYU

I was wondering about my chances for Stern and CAS for economics (Applying ED I)

SAT I: 2300
Sat II's: U.S. History 730, Math IIc 730, Biology 700
Weighted GPA: 3.7

AP's:
Language and Composition: 5
U.S. History: 4
Chemistry: 3
Calculus AB: 3

Will be taking another four AP's in my senior year: Government, Literature, Statistics, and Physics.

Won't be applying for financial aid, if that even matters. Writing is my strong suit, so the essay will be fine. EC's are average I suppose.

My GPS is pretty sad so I realize Stern is a reach, if that...

Also, how much of a difference is there between majoring in econ at CAS and Stern?

thankyou

What is your UW GPA? Weighted really doesn’t mean much.

As long as it’s above a 3.5 you have a pretty decent shot at CAS (especially so if you’re applying ED1).

Stern seems like a reach although I wouldn’t take my opinion too strongly as I’m planning on applying to CAS and haven’t done all too much research on Stern. It’s the most selective school in NYU though.

My school only sends out weighted gpa’s for some reason. It’s probably around - 3.2-3.3 ish. Would applying EDII to raise my gpa a bit help?
