I got accepted into Rutgers Newark for Fall 2011 (got the news a couple days ago). When I received the e-mail to send in my Fall 2010 grades like OP said, I sent in the grade report, not the official transcript. The official transcripts are not yet available at my CC, so I called the Rutgers admissions office and asked them if it would be OK to send in my official transcript before the deadline in June (like it says in the Conditions of Enrollment) so that way, it’ll have both my Fall 2010 grades AND my Spring 2011 grades on it.

However, the woman I talked to advised me to send in the official transcripts as soon as possible. Will my acceptance get revoked if I wait until AFTER the Spring 2011 semester to send them in all at once?

Generally speaking rutgers requires all grades for whatever classes youve taken in the fall and spring. I would call up again and when you talk to them be specific about sending in your grades for the specific semesters. otherwise you will just have to send them two transcripts. one now with your fall grades and then one later on with your spring grades.

Well, I was pretty specific ( told the girl that my official transcripts are not yet available, and if I could send them in at one time on June ) and she said I couldn’t do that. Can someone give the number you call for info, because the one I called seemed like it was just answered by other students who aren’t informed of all the policies.

@Jason. I thought if you apply for transfer fall 2011, Rutgers only wants the grade through Fall 2010 not the spring one? I remembered it says in the website that they only want the grade until the application due date which is feb 1. Do we need to send our spring transcript too, I’m confuse now.
Don’t we get our notification before the spring semester end?
