Applying for Financial Aid without a definite school

Hey everyone! So I was filling out my FAFSA form a few days ago, and I realized I put in my CC for the school I will be attending for the 2011-12 year. Obviously I will not be there next semester Do I just leave it and update it when I get in a school? I also am applying for Cal Grants and I have to submit my GPA, but again, if I don't have a definite school yet is this going to pose a problem or do I just update it, and from there I get re approved? I always get stuck having to verify my income (is it just me or does anyone else have to bring their W2's in and deal with long a-- lines?) and I want to make sure this goes smoothly.
If I don't get my financial aid/loans, I will not be at a UC next fall. Hence, the panic.
Thanks for any input.

All i did was just put down every school you applied to for the 2011-2012 school year. You don’t need to fill out your CC anymore if your transferring this year.

Then once you are accepted they will process your financial aid. You can then compare different packages

Peterr86 is correct. You are supposed to list the schools you applied to on your FAFSA. DO NOT list your CCC. Simply list ALL the schools you applied to in order of where you would like to go.

As for the Cal Grant thing, your CCC should electronically submit this before March 2. All you will need to do is request a GPA Sumbission from your CCC’s financial aid office.

yeah list all the schools u applied cause once you get accepted to schools, you can start deleting whatever school u listed on ur fafsa that you know you will not be attending.

Thank you guys! I had totally made a boo boo. I was able to fix it and see that I am elgible for a whollllleeee lotta money. Thanks baby Jesus.
