Applying for Scholarships.. Help!

So my Biology teacher was talking to us about applying for scholarships. And she had said that even though weaweay not meet the requirements to apply for it, we should still apply...for example if a scholarship is for Mexican -Americans and I'm not, I should still apply..I just want to know if I can still apply.and any info will help.. Thank you!

As long as you are honest in your responses, then yes, anyone can apply. Those awarding the scholarships must make the decision of who to award them to.

But why waste precious time? If the requirements are that you are the child of a military member and you aren’t, you are probably not going to get the award. Spend your time on scholarships you are qualified for.

dont waste your time applying for scholarships that you dont qualify for.,

Are you a jr or sr?

I’m a junior

If you need money for college, then apply to the schools that give them for YOUR stats. those private ones that your teacher is talking about are small and only for one year…a waste of your time. what are your stats? how much will your parents pay?
