<p>are there any UC campuses that accept transfer applications for either the winter or spring semesters? the websites are vague about this. i wasn’t able to complete my requirements on time so i didn’t get in to any of the UCs that i wanted to go to. i’d rather not wait another full year to apply again since i’ll be done after the fall semester.</p>
