Applying for Thomas Jefferson HSST

I'm a freshman applying for the first time to Thomas Jefferson high school for Science and Technology and I had to take the SATs as part of my admission.
My problem is that I don't think they're good, or at least up to standards, for TJ even for freshmen...
Does anyone have an idea what score on the SATs (taken during freshman year) is that TJ might consider good or acceptable?
Thanks for your help

I thought it’s a public school… you have to apply :O?

yes it’s like the #1 school

In that case, you can also try here:

Posters there may be more knowledgeable on this topic :). Good luck!!

thank you (:

For a lot of the kids that come here as “froshmores” the thing that makes you stand out is some special bit of research, not really SAT scores. As long as yours is above 2000 it will only help your chances.

Anything below a 2000 won’t be accepted?
