Applying for Winter 2010

<p>On the website of UCI admissions it says that UCI is open for applications for Winter quarter/Spring semester 2009...which winter quarter is that? 2009 or 2010? Should I be applying now?</p>

<p>I plan to transfer after my Fall 2009 semester at CC.</p>
