<p>Very hard. A lot higher. Even a bit harder. The Berkeley website might have some info, particularly the Haas page.</p>
<p>well you're not applying straight into haas when you do the application. once you get into berkeley then you start preparing yourself to apply to haas - meaning that it has nothing to do with whether you're out of state or not. being out of state affects your chances in getting into berkeley itself.</p>
