Hi all,
I am a senior at an extremely competitive high school in Haddonfield, New Jersey and GW’s Elliot School has been my dream school since I can remember. I am trying to apply Early Decision but I am getting very worried about what will happen to me since I am not thrilled about my Plan B schools. I moved from a poor school system in Atlanta, Georgia and before that an even worse one in Washington DC. I never exactly gained the best educational foundation for high school but I have been doing my best. In addition, I did not exactly have the easiest experience at home during my time in high school and my grades really suffered from these (Counselor is including these in her letter of rec).
NOTE *** My school does not allow most AP classes to be taken until junior/senior year and many of my semester courses were required by the state for Arts credits.
