Applying in March

Is it too late to apply in March? I heard they have rolling admission so it shouldn't mean it's impossible to get accepted now, right ?
My stats are:
CR 570
Math 630
Writing 640

GPA: 4.0
good EC's and essays

major: Biomedical engineering
I'm international. Is it possible to get in with little financial aid? Like 5 000 $ a year? Or it's too late?

incarnatio…It’s theoretically possible for you to still apply and gain admission to UMinn, but you’ve got several things working against you. The priority deadline for admissions was Dec 15th and the deadline for FAFSA submission for priority consideration for FA was March 1st, so your admission would be on a “space available” basis and your chances for FA are greatly decreased. Additionally, while your GPA is excellent your SAT scores would put you in the bottom 25% of accepted students into either CSE or CBS (assuming these would be your preferences based on biomedical engineering major).

It’s not impossible to get accepted at this late of a date, but I wouldn’t hold out much realistic hope of it happening. Good Luck to you!!

Thank you very much.
I am international (therefore, not eligible for federal aid) so I won’t submit FAFSA. I will just apply for admission. Thanks a lot for your help. :)
