And what timeline is considered applying early? Early September when law schools open their application?

Anything after mid December would definitely be late. Many places already are accepting large numbers of applicants in December and January.

Most of them will start looking at applications in late October or early November once the Oct LSAT comes out. You don’t need to apply on Sept 1, but it’s best to apply in October if possible.

Also, you can apply without any LSAT score.

Would you give some detail about this?

I think what law_applicant might mean is that you can apply, and send your LSAT score in after (but before the deadline, obviously).

^I don’t think it matters how early you sent your app in if you don’t have LSAT score. The application will not be reviewed before it is complete, and it will not be complete without LSAT.

Many law schools do indeed review applications as they receive them (and as they are complete). In order to provide yourself the best possible chance of admission, I would apply to law school as early as possible after the applications are available.

I submitted my applications over Thanksgiving this past cycle. I think you should definitely submit it as soon as possible.
