I’m new to the college application process and don’t know much about it all. My question is:
Can I apply twice to a college?
So for example, could I apply EA and then if I don’t get accepted, apply RD? I don’t know what the time table is, so I don’t know if it is physically possible either. Any feedback would be appreciated

No. Some colleges will defer your application to the RD round rather than reject you outright. Then you have a chance to send them info on new accomplishments, and they can see your midyear grades before deciding.
No. If you are rejected once in a cycle, that is it. You would be able to reapply as a transfer student the next year.
