<p>I'm sure there is. Check all links on the page you're using, or maybe when you click submit, it only sends the first page of info, and asks you for a second page.</p>
<p>you can rest assured there is a personal statement. if you're having serious trouble, call the admissions office and explain. they're very sympathetic at this time of year - less so in december :)</p>
