<p>I heard if you apply to NYU you can only apply to one program (Stern, CAS, etc.). If you dont get into one they may offer you another but you cant apply to both. Is this correct?</p>
<p>You can only apply to one of the colleges in NYU, such as CAS or Stern.</p>
<p>If you get rejected from the college You applied to they will not offer you acceptance to another college.</p>
<p>What does it mean when someone got GSP'd from CAS?</p>
<p>They do liberal studies for two years before moving to their major.</p>
<p>it also means that you were just outside the stats they were looking for, but they still want to accept you. they hope that you'll do well in LSP and within two years, you're guaranteed acceptance to your original program.</p>
