<p>I'm not going to give you much information except that I'm more than qualified (just barely >75% for COE, great EC's, top of class, perfect GPA, etc.) for acceptance into the COE. The only problem is that I don't live in Illinois--or even near Illinois, for that matter. It's just that I visited the school not too long ago and was completely blown away. For right now, it's my number one choice--even above Carnegie Mellon University. Will applying out-of-state substantially affect my chances of getting in?</p>
