Does anybody know what schools allow you to apply really early, like this summer?
I know of these only:
Alabama-As early as June
Georgia tech-August
Saint Louis U-August

Know of any others?

I think you can apply to LSU in the summer as well, in July I believe.

FSU might be another, but I’m not really sure about that one.

I’d like to apply to a few schools over the summer and write most of my essays by Sept/Oct.

k thanks, anybody else?

Well just get your major essays done over the summer. The rest of the applying process is very easy because of CommonApp. No need to “apply” over the summer.

Just get a lot of work done.

But I guess you could apply to those schools. Maybe they’re not CommonApp schools and they accept you within 3 weeks.

Yeah, I’m already planning on applying to Bama, LSU and FSU(if they start in the summer) as soon as they are open, just to get it over with and guarantee I’ll be in for the first scholarship cycle.

LSU application is already available. D2 submitted it several weeks ago.

NJ Palladin, doesn’t she need her 2nd semester grades before she can apply?

oh wow, didn’t know it was this early. I’m still going to wait and see how I do on the June SAT and ACT before applying.

LSU has a very easy application. No essay, no teacher recs, etc. Basic bio info, list classes taken and in progress, list some EC’s. Pay the fee and hit send. Great first applicatoin for her to get used to the process. She received a PAWS account where she can track the progress of her application. They have her SAT and ACT scores. Waiting on official transcripts to be sent at end of semester.

anybody know of ne othrs?
