Applying Regular Decision "through" Questbridge?

I’m thinking of removing all my schools from my rankings and just doing RD because I can’t get all my apps done well before Nov 1. So it says you have to submit a Questbridge regular decision form. If I apply with that, what are the benefits or factors that play in my application process? Or would it be just like if I were to apply to a college regular without questbridge? (other than having the application fee waived)

I just realized/thought of this today, but I think that it’s beneficial for schools that have a need-blind applications process. As far as I know, when you submit your QB RD in, the school sees both the QB app and the Common App/their application, or at the very least the QB answers and information are transferred to their application. It kind of eliminates the need-blind aspect, and allows you to present a little more information about yourself than the standard application would.
