<p>No, it's not easier, and it's not bad to apply twice. However, it's a lot more fun to come in the fall. This way, you feel like a freshman. It's great.</p>
<p>Many schools don't allow spring transfer - are you sure those do?</p>
<p>Transfer rates - find them by googling Common Data Set and the college's name.</p>
